When working with candidates, IQ Staffing recruiters will:
- discuss all openings prior to submitting your resume to any client.
- present all available positions to candidates regarding duties, length of
employment, salary expectations and length of hiring process to the best of our
ability.
- not refer any candidate to a client known to engage in questionable or immoral
employment practices.
- not use information about an applicant for any other purpose than finding
employment for that applicant. Confidential information shall be treated
accordingly.
- not change a candidate's resume. Any changes of resume content will be
approved by the candidate prior to submitting to a client.
